Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $300.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
For arrivals at out-of-office-hours (Monday to Friday 9-19), on weekends and on bank holidays we charge a late arrival fee of €20, to paid in cash on arrival.
